Supplyvale Digital LLC builds and operates its own online stores, including specialized stores focused on a single product category. Supplyvale is the parent company that owns and runs every store in its portfolio.
Do you build stores for other businesses?
No. We do not offer store-building or management services to clients. All of our stores are our own.

How do I know a store belongs to Supplyvale?
Every store we operate names Supplyvale Digital LLC in its footer and in its terms of service. If you are unsure, contact us with the store's web address and we will confirm.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and each store shows estimated delivery times on its product pages and at checkout. See our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
You receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Our stores accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout, processed by established, PCI DSS compliant payment providers. We never store your full card number.
Returns and support
Can I return an item?

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
