This privacy policy explains how Supplyvale Digital LLC ("Supplyvale", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit supplyvale.com or any online store we own and operate (together, the "Sites"), place an order, or contact us.
1. Who we are
Supplyvale Digital LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. For privacy questions, use our contact form and choose "A privacy request".
This policy applies to every store in our portfolio. Each store identifies Supplyvale Digital LLC as its operator.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and the products you buy.
- Payment information. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we receive only limited details such as card type, last four digits and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Account information if a store lets you create an account, such as your login email and order history.
- Communications including messages you send through our contact forms and customer service conversations.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through server logs and our hosting and security provider.
- Cookies as described in our cookie policy. Our use of cookies is limited to what is needed to run the Sites securely and, in stores, to keep your shopping cart.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from payment processors (for example, confirmation that a payment succeeded), fraud prevention services and business partners, in each case as permitted by law.
3. How we use information
- To process, ship and track your orders, and handle returns and refunds.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer service.
- To operate and improve our stores and websites.
- To process payments, issue receipts and keep accounting records.
- To prevent fraud, secure our systems and enforce our terms.
- To send service-related messages and, where you have agreed, occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as hosting, email, payment processing, accounting and fraud prevention providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Suppliers and shipping carriers where needed to fulfill and deliver your order.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Business and transaction records are generally kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Contact form messages not related to an order are deleted within two years.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. Payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where required by law.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may exercise these rights through our contact form by choosing "A privacy request". We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our Sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date, and, for material changes, a notice on the Sites.
